What MVHS DECA is all about.

Mounds View High School DECA is a co-curricular business and marketing chapter that prepares emerging leaders for the careers of tomorrow. Open to every MVHS student, the chapter turns classroom theory into real-world practice through competitive events, leadership labs, community partnerships, and hands-on enterprise projects. Members study finance, hospitality, marketing, entrepreneurship, and management — then prove their command of those fields on the district, state, and international stages.

This hub is built for the Mounds View DECA community: members tracking the competitive year, families following results, alumni staying connected, and prospective partners exploring how to support the chapter. It brings the chapter's updates, roadmap, and spirit shop into one professional home — a single place to follow the journey from the first chapter meeting to the international stage in Anaheim.

The site is designed and maintained by the MVHS DECA Executive Kinetics team — the chapter's student leaders working alongside BMAC advisors Phil Schut and Danielle Mathson. Every section, from the live updates ticker to the spirit shop preview, is produced by members for members, reflecting the ambition and craft that define Mounds View DECA.
